Christians serving out of a sense of obligation is fulfilling an honourable responsibility, but fulfillment comes when we serve with joy. Gifts and joy are inter-related and the more we understand our spiritual gifts and personalities, the better we are able to serve with greater joy and fulfillment. In this session, you will discover your spiritual gifts and personality traits, discover and apply your God- given talents in ministry and work, integrate spiritual gifts and personality traits, understand conflict management in order to reduce unnecessary friction in ministry and finally learn to serve with joy in God's kingdom. |
